Lead or Finish Carpenters & Carpenter Helpers
We are a licensed contractor specializing
in moisture damage and structural repairs. We provide a variety
of contracting services. Exterior repairs including fascia,
brick mold, trim, soffitts, jams, windows & doors including
sills. Under structure repairs including joists, sub flooring,
sill plates, band boards, girders, and piers. Floors including
ceramic tile, flooring replacement including walk in showers,
and vinyl. Patch roof repair. We provide moisture control services
including poly moisture barriers, foundation vents, sand, motorized
ventilators and sump pump. We perform a variety of related services
including sheetrock, trim, and painting in support of termite
and moisture damage repairs. We also provide handyman services.
We have a training program on the job and in the classroom .

Termite Technicians
Our Termite Department uses the revolutionary
"Termidor" product. We use only fully trained individuals who
have passed the Registered Technician Test for the state of
Virginia. We treat existing residential
homes, commercial properties as well as pre-treats for building
additions and new construction properties. We offer all of the
latest safety equipment need to do the job with competitive
pay and benifits. |
Pest Control Technicians
Our Pest Control Department practices integrated pest management techniques. We will train the right individual to become a registered technician and offer a variety of pay options to suit individual needs. We are looking for outgoing individuals who like dealing with the public and are proficient in customer service and sales.

Inspectors
Our Inspectors/Contracting Department
performs detailed inspections of existing structures for evidence
of termites, fungi, powder post beetle and wood bore activity.
Properties are also inspected for moisture damage. Inspectors
draft real estate inspection reports, provide estimates, and
present proposals to the property owner or agent to "close
the sale" and contract repair work with our company. We
offer a variety of pay options to suit individual needs.
